Payment Options
Our shopping cart allows you to make payment via our secure SSL server. We accept payment via Paypal using your Visa, Mastercard, or an electronic check. If you prefer, you can phone our retail store directly (800#) with your credit card payment where we also accept Discover and American Express transactions.

If you’re not in a hurry to receive your items, you can also send us a money order or cashier’s check to our retail store made payable to: Lilacs on the Prairie, 327 Poyntz Avenue, Suite 101, Manhattan, KS 66502.

Shipping
We prefer to ship via USPS priority mail. However, on heavier items or breakables, we have found it better to ship via UPS ground. We can also offer overnight deliveries in special circumstances. Please see our shopping cart for delivery options and calculated prices based on your unique location and preferred shipping method. We attempt to maintain flexibility on this matter for our customer’s individual desires. Again, remember, we’re here to serve YOU—our favorite customers.

Returns
We all recognize that, on rare occasion, the perfect purchase somehow becomes the most imperfect home companion for whatever reason. That’s why at Lilacs on the Prairie we will gladly accept your return with the following stipulations.

1. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer (unless, of course, we shipped the wrong item).
2. You must notify us via e-mail or phone regarding your intentions of returning any item within 7 days of receipt so we can issue an RA# to mark your return package. Item must be returned in its original, unused and undamaged condition and received in our offices within 15 days of original shipment.
3. Refund will be issued once item is received and examined in our offices (usually within a week after receipt).
4. No returns or refunds will be issued on sale items.

Privacy Policy
Any information shared with Lilacs on the Prairie is under certain privacy provisions. Information shared with Lilacs on the Prairie will be handled by our organization and not shared, sold, or reproduced. Lilacs on the Prairie will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

• We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
• We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Lilacs on the Prairie to provide a product or service to you.
